Claude writes the script and decides every scene. Reelcrew is the crew that does the hands-on work, one trade each, and checks it before delivery. The run below made a 2-minute animated lesson in English; how long a video takes depends on its kind and the computer.

Is Reelcrew a one-time purchase with updates forever?
Reelcrew is a set of tools and templates you buy once and keep. Pro customers also get unlimited skill and feature updates for 12 months. When the 12 months end and you do not renew, you keep using what you have, but you no longer receive the newest skills and features.
What is the Premium group for Pro customers?
A priority group on Telegram, currently for Pro members, where you talk directly with the development team and get their support.
I bought one Pro plan and joined the Premium group on Telegram. Can I add one more person from my team?
Each person gets one invite link to the Premium group, tied to the email they registered with. The system does not yet support two or more Telegram accounts per plan in the Premium group; we appreciate your understanding.
How soon can I use it after buying?
Right after you pay. The plan is added to your account; follow the install guide to install and activate it on your computer.
How is Starter different from Pro?
Starter is the 17 tools and 7 skills, yours to keep, with bug fixes. Pro adds 12 skills (of them 3 AgentVid skills with 10 industry templates), and every new template and tool for 12 months.
Can I get a refund if it does not suit me?
Yes. Within 14 days of buying, if the plan has not been activated on any computer and no skill has been downloaded, ask and you get 100% back. The conditions and steps are in the refund policy.
What else do I pay for besides Reelcrew?
A paid Claude plan to run Claude Code, or a ChatGPT account to run Codex (a paid plan is best for long videos; or an OpenAI API key). If you choose outside services for music, images or premium voices, you pay them directly with your own key. The Vietnamese voice runs on your computer for free.
I am not technical. Can I install it?
You paste a ready-made text into Claude Code or Codex; the agent installs everything and asks you at each choice. If you could not activate the plan on a computer and have downloaded no skill, you can still get a refund within 14 days.
What do I need to use it?
Claude Code with a paid Claude plan, or Codex with a ChatGPT account (or an OpenAI API key), a Mac or a Windows 10/11 PC (8 GB RAM or more) and a Reelcrew plan. Details in What your computer needs. The install command takes care of the rest; reelcrew doctor shows what is missing and the command to add it.
Does it work with Codex, Cursor or other assistants?
Reelcrew is made for Claude Code and Codex (macOS, Windows). Once you have bought it, the Cloud Agent section of your account page shows how to use Reelcrew in an agent's cloud machine (it does not count toward your 1 computer). It does not work with Cursor or other assistants.
Is there a free version?
No. Reelcrew runs on a computer signed in to an account with a Starter or Pro plan. Start with Starter; moving up to Pro later costs the difference at the price of the day you upgrade.
What happens after 12 months?
You keep using the version you have. To keep getting the updates released after that, renew.
On how many computers?
Each account works on 1 computer, Mac or Windows. Each computer slot can change to another computer 3 times in 30 days. Signing in again or a new key (Rotate) on the same computer, and the Cloud Agent's machine, do not count as a change. You switch computers yourself on the account page. To add more, buy another license for that member as usual. For a bulk purchase for a company, a team or an organisation managed under one account, contact the admin for help.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in VND with a QR code. The system matches the transfer and adds the plan to your account; a wrong or extra transfer is refunded. No Vietnamese bank account? Card payment is coming; email support@reelcrew.io and we will help.
How does the referral commission work?
For each order bought through your link, you get 20% of what the customer actually paid. It is approved and paid on the 10th of each month when you ask for a payout. Only orders older than 14 days count; refunded orders do not.
Where are my API keys and data kept?
On your computer. Outside services use your key and you pay them directly. Details in the privacy policy.

- Browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave or Chromium, used for rendering (Windows has Edge).
