14-day refund policy

For the Starter and Pro plans bought at reelcrew.io. In effect from 8 Oct 2026.
1. When you get your money back
- Within 14 days of the purchase.
- The plan has not been activated on any computer and none of its skills has been downloaded.
- You get back 100% of what you paid for that order.
2. How to ask
Email support@egany.com from the email address of your Reelcrew account, with the order code.
3. How long it takes
The money goes back to the bank account you paid from within 7–10 working days.
4. When it does not apply
The plan has been activated on a computer, or a skill has been downloaded: you have received the digital product.
5. Wrong or extra transfers
Money sent by mistake, or above the price of the plan, is always refunded, regardless of the 14 days.
