Referral (affiliate) policy
English translation; the Vietnamese text governs (Tiếng Việt).
The referral programme at reelcrew.io is run under the Reelcrew brand by EGANY Technology Joint Stock Company (tax code 0313000791, 77/6 Ho Thi Ky, Ho Chi Minh City). On this page, “Reelcrew” or “we” means this company; “you” means the referrer.
30-second summary
- A Reelcrew account comes with a referral code, free.
- For each new customer who buys through you, you get 20% to 30% of the list price, and you choose how much of it goes to the customer as a discount.
- Commissions are approved after 14 days and transferred on the 10th of each month once they reach 1,000,000 ₫.
- Individuals receiving 2,000,000 ₫ or more in one payment have 10% personal income tax withheld.
- Do not buy through your own code, do not spam, and mark your posts as advertising.
- If you leave before reaching 1,000,000 ₫, the balance is not paid.
Example: You are at the Rookie tier (20%) and split 10% for the customer and 10% for you. The customer buys a 1,000,000 ₫ plan: they pay 900,000 ₫ and you get 100,000 ₫ in commission.
1. Terms used on this page
- Code
- Your referral code. Each code has a fixed string that never changes and a link
reelcrew.io/r/<string>. - Code name
- What the customer enters at checkout. By default it is the fixed string; you can change it to a name that is easy to remember.
- Share
- The percent of the list price you get, made of the customer's discount plus your commission.
- List price
- The price shown on the Plans page, VAT included. Discounts and commissions are both percents of this price.
- New customer
- Someone with no paid order at Reelcrew that has passed its 14-day approval, judged by the payment details. A free trial does not count as a purchase.
- Qualifying order
- A new customer's first paid order that uses your code.
2. Joining
- Every Reelcrew account can join at Account › Referrals.
- When you make your first code, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
- You take part as an independent party, not as an employee or agent of Reelcrew, and you may not speak for Reelcrew.
- A partner has its own share under a contract signed with Reelcrew and uses codes like everyone else. Where the contract and this page differ, the contract applies.
3. Codes and code names
- You can make as many codes as you like and turn them off and on at any time. While a code is off, its link still opens the home page but records no referral, and a customer who enters the code name is told it is not valid.
- A code name is 6 to 12 letters or digits. Upper and lower case are the same, and dashes and spaces are ignored:
Thao-Reviewandthaorevieware one name. - First come, first served. A code is renamed at most once in 30 days. A rename never breaks a shared link.
- An old name is free at once for someone else. Note: an order counts for whoever holds the name the customer enters at the moment they enter it, so an old post that still shows an old name can bring orders to someone else.
- Names you cannot use:
- names that start with a Reelcrew brand: REELCREW, AGENTVID;
- names that read as an official account: ADMIN, SUPPORT, STAFF, LOGIN, ENTERPRISE, HOTRO, OFFICIAL, CHINHTHUC;
- names that hold another company's brand: CLAUDE, ANTHROPIC, OPENAI, CHATGPT, CODEX, GOOGLE;
- profane or sensitive names;
- the name of a Reelcrew discount code.
4. Splitting the discount and the commission
- For each code you choose the customer's discount (a whole percent, from 0 to your share). The rest is your commission. Whatever you give up, the customer saves.
- A new code starts split in half, the customer's part rounded down.
- You can change the split at any time; the new split applies to orders made after the change.
- When you move up a tier, the customer's discount stays and the extra is added to your commission.
5. Tiers
| Tier | Share | Referral revenue |
|---|---|---|
| Rookie | 20% | under 25 million ₫ |
| Pro | 25% | 25 to under 75 million ₫ |
| Elite | 27% | 75 to under 200 million ₫ |
| Legendary | 30% | from 200 million ₫ |
- Referral revenue is the total list price of the orders you referred whose commission has been approved (section 7).
- The order that takes you past a threshold still counts at the old tier; the next order counts at the new one.
- A tier you reach is never lowered, even when an order is refunded.
- For those in the earlier programme: orders before 28 Oct 2026 count as what the customer actually paid.
6. When an order counts for you
- There are two ways: the customer opens your link (their browser remembers the code for 30 days), or the customer enters your code name at checkout.
- If a customer has one person's link and enters another person's code, the link comes first. The checkout tells the customer which code the order counts for.
- Only a new customer's first order counts. That customer's later orders, renewals and upgrades do not.
- Not when you buy for yourself.
- One code per order: a referral code or a discount code. If the customer enters a Reelcrew discount code, the discount code is used instead of the referral code and that order earns no commission.
- The discount and the commission are fixed when the order is made. Changing your split, moving up a tier or turning the code off later does not change an order already made.
- Group orders (several licenses at once): the customer gets no discount through a code; the order still records the code and you get your whole share of the order's list price.
7. Commission approval
- A commission waits 14 days from the customer's payment, then it is approved: the same as the refund period (refund policy). If the customer is refunded within those 14 days, the commission is cancelled.
- If Reelcrew refunds an order after 14 days, that order's commission is taken off your next payout. You never pay it back in cash.
8. Getting paid
- Email a payout request to aff@reelcrew.io with the account holder's full name, the bank and the account number. Individuals also send their citizen ID (CCCD) number; businesses also send their invoice details.
- Reelcrew transfers in VND on the 10th of each month to each request received before the 1st of that month with at least 1,000,000 ₫ in approved commissions. When the 10th is a holiday, the transfer is made on the next working day.
- Reelcrew pays the transfer fee. If the bank details you sent are wrong, Reelcrew transfers again once it has the right ones.
9. Tax
- Resident individuals: for a payment of 2,000,000 ₫ or more, Reelcrew withholds 10% personal income tax before transferring, unless you file a commitment on form 08/CK-TNCN and qualify. Below 2,000,000 ₫ a payment, nothing is withheld.
- Non-resident individuals: 20% is withheld.
- Businesses and household businesses: issue an invoice to Reelcrew and declare your own tax; Reelcrew withholds nothing.
- The electronic tax withholding document is sent by email. If the law changes, Reelcrew applies the new rate in force on the payment date.
Example: You withdraw 2,500,000 ₫ in commission; 10% withheld is 250,000 ₫, and you receive 2,250,000 ₫.
10. What you commit to
- Mark posts that carry a referral link, or that are advertising, clearly, for example “#ad”, “referral link”.
- Say only true things about Reelcrew: its features, prices and policies. Do not present yourself as Reelcrew staff.
You may not:
- Buy yourself, have someone at the same address or with the same payment method buy through your code, or use a second account.
- Run search ads on the keywords Reelcrew or AgentVid, misspellings included.
- Post your code on discount-code aggregator sites.
- Set cookies without permission, click automatically or insert hidden links.
- Send messages or emails or make calls to people who have not agreed to them (Decree 91/2020/ND-CP).
- Post fake reviews, false content or content that breaks the law.
- Use a code name that can be confused with Reelcrew or another company.
11. Breaches
- Reelcrew emails you the conduct and the evidence. To prevent harm, Reelcrew may lock your codes at that moment.
- You have 7 days to explain.
- Reelcrew gives its decision within 30 days of the first email.
- If the breach is confirmed, the commissions of the orders concerned are cancelled. A repeated or serious breach ends the referral account.
- Commissions of valid orders not concerned by the breach are still paid under section 8.
12. Personal data
- Reelcrew uses the details you send (name, bank, CCCD) only to pay you and for tax procedures, and keeps them as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- You do not receive the buyers' email, phone number or personal details; you see only the orders and the amounts.
- Details in the privacy policy.
13. Leaving
- You can leave at any time by turning off every code or by telling aff@reelcrew.io. Approved and pending commissions are still paid if they reach 1,000,000 ₫.
- A balance under 1,000,000 ₫ when you leave is not paid.
- Reelcrew may end the programme with at least 30 days' notice by email. Commissions already earned are still paid.
14. Changes to this policy
- Changes in your favour apply at once.
- Changes against you are emailed and posted on this page at least 15 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can leave under section 13.
- Orders made before the effective date keep the terms they were made with; a tier you reached is kept.
15. Disputes
This policy follows Vietnamese law. The two sides first negotiate for 30 days; failing that, the dispute goes to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
16. Contact
Any question about the referral programme: aff@reelcrew.io.
For buyers
- Open a referral link or enter a code name at checkout to get up to 30% off, depending on the referrer.
- A code is only for a first order and does not combine with another discount code.
- If you enter a Reelcrew discount code, it is used instead of the referral code.
- If you opened someone's referral link, the order counts for them and entering another person's code does not change it. If you open another person's link, the order counts for the link opened last.
- The referrer may earn a commission on your order but never receives your personal details.
Questions
Why was my code refused at checkout?
The code is off, you already have a paid order at Reelcrew, you are using your own code, the order already uses another discount code, or your browser holds another person's referral link (a link comes before a typed code).
Does a customer's second purchase earn a commission?
No. Only a new customer's first order counts.
Does renaming a code lose its earlier orders?
No. Orders already made stay, and old links keep working. Just note that someone else may take the old name.
When do I move up a tier?
When the total list price of your approved orders passes a threshold in section 5. From the next order, you get the new share.
Do I need to register a tax code?
Individuals only send their CCCD number; the CCCD number is your personal tax code.
