Privacy policy

English translation; the Vietnamese text governs (Tiếng Việt).

This policy says what Reelcrew collects, what it is used for and what your rights are. In effect from 12 Oct 2026.

1. Who is responsible

EGANY Technology Joint Stock Company (tax code 0313000791, 77/6 Ho Thi Ky Street, Ward 1, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) controls the personal data of Reelcrew customers. Contact: support@egany.com.

2. What Reelcrew collects

Account: your email address. You sign in with a link or a 6-digit code sent by email; Reelcrew does not ask for your name or phone number.
Orders and payments: the plans bought, the amount, the time, and the transfer note used to match the payment. Reelcrew does not keep card details or bank passwords.
Computer activation: a computer identifier (hashed one way), the computer's name, the Reelcrew version, the time of activation and of the last use, to keep each account to the computers its plan gives.
Referrals: the referral code, commissions and the payout details (the account number is encrypted).
Support: what you write to the support team.
Bug reports, only when you send one: reelcrew report writes a bug report to a file on your computer for you to read first; it is sent only when you agree and run reelcrew report --send. It holds the Reelcrew version, the operating system, Reelcrew's own latest errors, your note and a contact email if you leave one. A report carries no account email, computer name or files of yours; emails, keys and user names in the note and the error messages are masked before sending. The server keeps it under a hash of the computer, not linked to your account.
Website: a sign-in session cookie. Reelcrew uses no analytics or advertising tools.

3. What Reelcrew does not collect

The videos, scripts and material you make with Reelcrew: they stay on your computer.
Your API keys for outside services: kept on your computer, typed in hidden, never passing through Reelcrew.
The Reelcrew tools on your computer send no error logs or usage figures to the server by themselves; error logs leave your computer only in a bug report you send (section 2).

Claude Code, Codex and the outside services you choose (music, images, voices) handle what you send them under their own policies; their servers may be outside Vietnam.

4. What it is used for

Granting plans, activating computers and updates; matching payments and refunds; technical support; counting and paying referral commissions; news about the product and policy changes; fraud prevention and accounting and tax duties.

5. Sharing

Reelcrew does not sell your personal data.
Infrastructure providers, as far as needed: Cloudflare (servers, storage), Resend (sending email), SePay (matching bank transfers), Telegram (order notes and bug reports to the Reelcrew team).
A referrer sees only the commission amounts and how many people they referred, never the buyers' details.
Competent state authorities, on a lawful request.

6. Storage and protection

Account data is kept until you ask for its deletion; order records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Bug reports are kept to find and fix errors; to have one deleted, send its id (rpt_…, printed when it is sent) to support@egany.com.
The data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Connections to reelcrew.io are encrypted; sign-in codes, sessions and keys are stored hashed one way.
If an incident affects your personal data, Reelcrew tells you and the competent authority as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, you have the right to be informed, to consent or withdraw consent, to see, correct, ask for deletion, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to complain. Send your request to support@egany.com; Reelcrew answers within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent or asking for deletion may mean Reelcrew can no longer grant plans and updates to that account.

8. Changes to this policy

When the policy changes, Reelcrew updates this page and emails you about important changes.
